1:1 School RN Needed!
Location: Danvers, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM
Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Duration: Full 26/27 School Year
Start Date: September 1, 2026
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a female student in a school setting for the full academic year. The RN will accompany the student during transportation to and from school and provide continuous nursing care throughout the school day to ensure the student's health, safety, and educational participation.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care to a female student throughout the school day.

Accompany the student during morning and afternoon transportation.

Monitor and assess the student's health status and respond appropriately to medical needs.

Perform catheterization (cath care) and related nursing interventions as required.

Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs.

Support the student's participation in classroom and school activities.

Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers regarding the student's care plan.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing services provided.

Ensure compliance with school policies, state nursing regulations, and student healthcare plans.
Student Information
Qualifications
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Current CPR/BLS certification.
-
Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.

Experience with catheterization and medically complex students preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the school team.
